Wifey surprised me with wanting to go to the supercross championship in Birmingham Saturday. We had an absolute blast.



She's really digging the XT250 too. We rode for almost 5 hours Sunday afternoon.

Im all for super tenere's but you really want a 2014+ unless the 2012-2013 bike (first gen) has had its clutch basket and cam chain tensioner replaced (which arent really that hard of a job) and also understand that you dont get cruise control/heated grips with the first gen STOCK.

For 6k id say dang good deal tho.... reading that listing reminds me, I need to get the stuff to do fork fluid on my super tenere (and while im there may as well do slider bushings and seals).

 

Ordered a set of cheap boots. I know without a doubt these aren't top quality. I bought these strictly for a 70 mile FSR trip at the end of April and will probably not wear them again. On the plus side, they do have good reviews

I HIGHLY recommend a fly n buy motorcycle experience (if a cool route can be taken home). One of the best experiences of my life to get this bad boy.



I freaking love the time change when it goes this way. After work yesterday a 60mi canyon rip / beach cruise.
