Anyone looking for a good stretching routine check out this girl's videos. They're easy to follow, no talking just relaxing music and audible beeps signalling when to switch moves. Don't worry if you can't get into all those positions, try your best to do it and you'll see improvement when you stick with it. I try to stretch every morning, usually 10-15 minutes. Also get a mat if you don't have one already.

Started my actual strength training work out today. Did about 20 min of stretching then chest and arms. Then 35 min on the elliptical. I weighed 206 just before my anxiety attack on March 31st. I did loose 6lbs during that week from stress and not eating. I weighed myself today and I am down to 190lbs. The weight at first is a lot of excess water and some fat. One day at a time and being constant will be the key to my success.
I was an amateur bodybuilder in my late 20s early 30s and have done two competitions. I know how to eat and exercise so no good excuses why I can do this. I have incredible will power if I put my mind to it. I like pain because it reminds me I am alive. The one and only thing I need to be cautious about is injuries. I need to keep my ego out of my lifting for a while.

nice, keep at it! The hardest part is getting consistent with it again...I used to be a pretty religious weightlifter in my early 20's and kinda fell off, it's been tough getting the discipline back with life as busy as it is now.

Definitely be wary of the injuries, keeping your ego in check is hard especially when you're returning to it after some time...that's awesome you did some competitions! would love to see some pics if you're willing to share but no worries if not lol.

Sounds like a green light to me! The 401 is a cool looking bike, even more so in person.

That's a rad bike. I love the style on them.

I also threw my back out this weekend. Doing a simple neck stretching exercise. How tf.

In other news, after over 2 months in the shop waiting on a rear shock rebuild, supposed to be back together on Friday. Woohoooo

damn that's some solid development and genetics too. 2nd pic looks very golden-era esque. pretty well-balanced physique in both pics, and looks like a solid progression in size and definition from 98-96

kudos to you sir, i am very impressed

It’s crazy because the Mr Everett I weighed 170 and in the golds classic I weighed 164. It was more muscle quality and conditioning. I am hoping that muscle memory is real and I can get some of my shape back.

It's crazy how different a body can look at similar weights but different composition. definitely look a lot harder/denser/leaner in the 98 picture

Muscle memory is definitely real, every with my sporadic training routines over the past year due to laziness and injury, moving up in strength and regaining definition/size is much quicker at first. My roommate who never worked out in his younger years hates me for it lol.

Finished moto school, doing my bike license next week.

Discovered I dont hate sport bikes, I just hate Ninjas.

The R3 and CBR300 were way more comfortable than I expected and gave me tons of control I didnt know was possible (I ride enduro)

The CB300 was the class favorite and I'd really like to test ride the CB500X or NX500 now.

If you're anywhere near wyoming I'll let you try the CB500X out. I'll likely be selling it if I get a Super Tenere, too.
