    I
Yes Ivan does put something on the ECU . I think he signed mine.

also picked this up today. Came with a hitch lock and lights. Had to order an adapter for the lights but that will be here tomorrow. My KLX fits perfect and is easy to load. It was new never used. Blackwidow is the brand.

It’s a brace that braces the carrier to the receiver.

mine made a huge difference but now that the bolts wore into the receiver enough it’s no longer as solid as it was and wobbles much more now.

You can see I have a lot more adjustment in mine. I was thinking of welding it onto the carrier right were it’s at then just use the three bolts in the back.

I think if I was racing and pushing my bike to the limit yes. For just riding on the road I am not sure. It would just be more bulk under my leathers and might not be comfortable? IMO just my leather pants, jacket W/ extra back protector , boots , gloves and good helmet are good enough for me.

I know a few long distance riders who wear them on rallies. One friend of mine, Lisa Rufo, hit a deer on the second day of the 2023 Iron Butt Rally which resulted in her GS1200 being destroyed and she was left with relatively minor injuries. She credits the air vest with saving her from more substantial injuries.

Got the plastics cleaned up. They are not perfect but a graphics kit will cover it lol. The only odd thing is the front fender? It's not OEM so hard to match for graphics lol
