I finally got around to installing the chamber delete I bought about 8 months ago for the KTM…. and I promptly destroyed a gasket so the muffler has to come back out.

Kind of a painful install, too. I had to remove the fairing and header just to get the stock chamber out. I’m just waiting on a muffler gasket so it stops leaking.

Unfortunately yeah, it was responsible for funding the BMW purchase. It was an awesome bike, great to learn on and very comfortable for anything non-freeway. I'd also just finished everything I wanted to do to it like a month before I sold, but a deal's a deal...managed to get back a little more than I paid for it

Yeah...went through all the extra effort to make sure you had no excuse this time  she ain't much of a looker though. better with a little editing lol

I honestly wouldn't be opposed lol. Ideally I'd buy back the one I sold but I think I've reached the permissible quota of bikes for my garage for the time being

I built my CT90 in a second floor living room  Granted that bike is like 125 lbs....

    FYI-
    - someone was looking for a portable inflator, a bunch are on sale on prime day, can't speak to the quality though, it'd be a bit of a gamble. This guy is $34 but has lots of purchases and reviews.. https://www.amazon.com/Inflator-Portable-Compressor-Motorcycle-Accessories/dp/B0CN6D287L/
    - All of NOCO is on sale, I mentioned the batteries before but their chargers are top notch. Genius 1, 2, or 5 are great for motorcycles
    - rhinowalk bags are on sale, I think someone in here has some?
    - other things I'm seeing.. flat repair kits, handlbar USB kits, clamp on cup holders,

That was me looking for the inflator, I ended up going with the Fantik X8 that @Maximumdarkside mentioned, and bought it yesterday with a coupon at the same price as the prime day sale today

yeah a 125lb bike I could manage. but not a larger one going up/down switchback stairs lol

That was racing supermoto. Which was both dirt and asphalt in our series. I never got great at the dirt with it but the slicks have a lot more grip than you'd expect. Even in the rain where I stoppied coming down a straight.

From a while back. From around 2000, from about 1990 to around 97 I was recovering from a divorce, had a Jeep YJ but nothing on 2 wheels.

This is the only cruiser I ever owned, and the one that got me interested in traveling on two wheels.

I installed this DNA filter a couple weeks ago and wanted to get a proper ride in before commenting on it. I know how people get their hackles up with the trucks when installing this type of filter.
My stock one is nothing more than a restrictive oil soaked sponge as it is.

Did not expect to get low end gains out of it. Throttle is snappier, giddy up is a little better.
But the biggest thing I noticed was being able to run the engine at a lower RPM and it had better power. Didn't have to rev the shit out of the engine to get going on a hill, if that makes any sense.
