Do you have off April 18th for Good Friday? Was thinking we meet up and hit some spots together.

I have a route that I hope to ride Saturday for 11 points. PA and especially close to me is target rich once again. It's going to be even worse for the Team Strange GT for me. This year is based on locations mentioned in Shakespeare plays. York, Lancaster, and Windsor alone will give me finisher's status with all of the townships, boroughs, cities themselves, and counties.

I don't have off but might be able to take the day, let me check on that and confirm. And you're gonna have both events in the bag by summertime lol

I'll have finisher's status for sure but being somewhat of an overachiever......

I've managed a top 3 finish on each of the past 2 GLMC events which traditionally has included a refund of the entry fee so if I can accomplish that again this year that will make 3 new t-shirts (free) and 3 nice plaques (free) and money to enter again next year. Team Strange gives out a really nice pin to finishers and I've got 6 of those through the past several years but never a high enough finish for a trophy or plaque as yet. Could this be my year? Have to work at it and find out.

I'll have to shoot you a text and we'll have to figure something out. Maybe meet you at your place hitting spots on my way out then head towards my place hitting some together and leaving you with a list for your way home? Or meet in a central location and see what we can hit.

Hoping @kidsmoke gets his header pipes back soon so he can get out and play!

    so small short story here.

i went and dropped my wheels and tires for the bolt off at a local dealer that ive had do tires for me before in the past. 35 bucks for mount and balance which aint to bad. so i went over and dropped them off and talked to the dude who was running service and the dude was new like new new! it was his first day which is no worry. he had issues getting me inputted into the computer so he told me where to set my wheels and tires at and he wrote everything down to get help on inputting it. told him cool man sounds good they will be done tomorrow ya? yup should be done by 1pm. so i called today and he never inputted the stuff in and left them where they were so the service guys had no clue they existed... told me they are sorry and will get them hopefully done before end of the day at 6pm... it sucks but oh well as long as its done.

also no i didnt powdercoat the wheels i had it torn down to do it but never found the time to get it done so ill do it later on.

Sucks to hear. If you lived closer I'd have just had you come over and we'd have done them here. Have to do a set on my 13 FJR1300 soon.

@uurx I am pit bike shopping again… did Honda stop making the electric E2 bike? All of the crf100’s are rough on Facebook. Really wish I could ride a crf110 or klx110 to see how small they really are

They do eat the axles, I bought the car lifted and the axles were toast already, and 2000 miles later the "HD" axle I installed went out again and I had to get the car towed home.

I like the gold Sparcos but it's hard to sell just the tires so I bought some cheap wheels and am going to sell the wheels and tires as a set. I just want the car to work for motorcycle towing, don't really care about how it looks lol.

I am not sure the status of the honda e2, but honda did not make them it is/was a licensing deal they had/have with Greenger
if you want an electric pitter out the box without building one yourself I would look at the Greenger g3

honestly dont be afraid of a rough honda crf/xr, whatever it needs is readily available either used oem for cheap if not free or whatever upgrade you can imagine

I am 5'7 so for me a 110 is pretty comfy but I know you are like over 6' and comfort is subjective, I would say even a 50 you have so much fun that size and comfort will never really matter all that much

speaking of comfort though, let me tell you how plush our new family hauler feels compared to my tacoma...

    Love that color!

Yeah, I guess comfort is subjective. Last weekend I got the 1999 pink PW50 running that has been sitting for the last 4 years and was ripping that thing around the yard. Ultimately it needed way too much work so I put it up on marketplace for $400 which is how much I bought it for back in the day. Phone was BLOWING UP with people offering $250-300. Ended up selling it for $320 which isn’t bad for how terrible it was.

I think you can get some custom axles that are designed for the lifted geometry but on a car I’m never taking off road I don’t see the point haha.

I have been looking at vans tbh. Would love to not have to tow.

haha that is a fair point!

oooh i support this! a friend of mine bought a cheap ford transit van with a high roof. she uses it to tow her dirtbikes around and it has a bed that slides down from the top of the van so when they are at a trail or track they have a place to relax!
