Home ownership isn't all that and a bag of chips.
33 years in the same house and after all the repairs, roof, decks, bathrooms, painting, I treat it like a rental now. It's me time. The next buyer can inherit all the things.

It would take me 60+ years of payments at what I pay for rent in my house to pay it off, not because I pay too little, but rather the housing here being so expensive. Makes no sense for me to buy.

Don't know why, but every time I see your SN, I think of the guy that designed the Ecohubs for LMTV's. He uses Xengineguy on Steel Soldiers

Interesting, definitely no relation though! I can fab fix stuff, not typically fab design.

Other than the tip over in vid #2, did you fall and injure yourself elsewhere?

I took my first uncontrolled fall a couple days ago, came down a loose steep section in neutral and the street tires had no chance of slowing down the momentum once it leveled out. Kept squeezing the front until I felt it start to wash out, then clenched my jaws and hit the kill switch on the way down. Medium shoulder contact, surprisingly barely a touch of the helmet to the ground - can only find the mark on the helmet if you're looking for it.

Nope, no injuries other than being too old to bounce back from standing on the pegs and wrestling the bike downhill.
I'm working it out in the garage on another project and starting to feel less old.
