Filtering is newly legal here, I haven't done it just yet. I've watched other riders and the fingers and horns from other drivers are almost immediate. Then when they take off from the light, the cars will try to fuck with the bikers. Not sure when or if I'll ever try it. This state is absolutely chock full of driver entitlement, ignorance, and all that goes along with it.

Honestly, not surprising. The DOT does a shit job in every state of making people aware of changes.

If it's not race baiting or political outrage news channels don't really bother to cover stuff anyway. Important things like law changes slip through the cracks.

Glad I rode in today. No actual reason behind it I just enjoy this bike a lot. Picked up some Jimmy Johns, threw it in the back, and rode to a neat spot behind an old mall.

This is super helpful, thanks! I think those are it, not sure how much my friend paid but sounds like he’s had them for a while if they’re just sitting around.

Thankfully people are used to it here and a lot of people do move out of the way. I can’t imagine not lane splitting to be honest.

I do have the hard cases but don’t want to take those off road and like how the Mosko bags are slimmer. The hard cases also have some crappy latches I don’t like, though having lockable, secure storage is nice. I think it would be cool to have both as options!

thats good i have seen videos out in cali of out of state people getting mad at motos lane splitting... kinda silly when majority of people know they can do that out there... i have done it a handful of times out here where i live sometimes people dont care sometimes they get very very grumpy..

ahh i gotcha i could have sworn you had hard cases lol. that is fair about not taking them offroad and being wider then the other bags! wide bikes are a pain offroad lol. at least to me!

speaking of bikes going to be going and looking at a t7 tracer 9 gt (ya i know another one lol) and sometime this week a st if i dont like these other two more. the st is a lot bigger bike and im more leaning towards the t7 at this point but the capability for two up riding makes me lean towards the other two bikes...

but t7 for just hooligan fun bike.

Yeah im with @but why tho I love being able to lane split (safely) if its gridlock traffic or if I come up to a stop light and can get to the front so I dont have the potential to be sandwiched between cars.

It was wild when I went to Maui in spring 24, no lane splitting allowed... but helmets.... nawwwww bro not needed at all.

Long story short dealer did some screwy things with the title.

Long story long just go back a few pages and you'll be able to read all about it.

As much as I still lust over the Mosko stuff, this is what I have currently:

Throw them over the seat and then strap them around an existing hard luggage rack or down to something else. Comparatively dirt cheap, super rugged, and with the front and back molle you can throw whatever extra bags on you want.

Still think you should get the super t. Yes it’s big, but the size is also great for the power, storage or being 2 up. Also it has a giant fuel tank.

it felt giant compared to my fz6r when I first got it. Now everything else feels like a baby bike. The weight is distributed well so I’ve never really had an issue on or off road. Picking it up isn’t bad either if you ever have to.
