I don't remember, how sloped is your driveway? I wonder if something like a set of quickjacks would work well for you. They even have a kit to turn it into a moto lift:

I put even my motorcycles on my lift at work, I need everything at chest height or I'm not doing it.

I actually tweaked my back a bit today on a 4runner tire that I picked up awkwardly. Getting old is fun.

Yeah it sucks, part of my driveway is gravel so that isn’t fun either.

just a couple of things tbh
Well still home because this being sick shit sucks...

My buddies seem to be having a good time on palooza makes me bummed I'm missing out ..

But I was looking at tidy tails for the t7 but I wanted something that had a little mount for a d-ring hook up to hold my rackless panniers better. Nobody makes them? So I ended up just making one, it's not perfect but it does the job I plan to powder coat it at my buddys place and do a flat black. I will say who ever designed the Yamaha turn signals to be that stupid oblong shape I hate you .. one side is good while one side I messed up sooo we shall see how it holds. But ya that's all back to the void.

The tether takes ~65 lb of force. Unless you fall over or drop the bike with it attached, it's not going off accidentally. I've worn my vests for a few years and thousands of miles and have never accidentally set it off.

I am swapping the tires back to the Trailmax missions to save my knobbies and man my brake pads are cooked. I just ordered new pads for front and rear, hopefully can get them on soon.

I did the clutch, rear main seal, oil pan gasket and some other stuff on my BMW and man that was tiring. Getting the exhaust back on by myself was a nightmare!

About 10 years ago a buddy and I took the Edmonds ferry, stopped at Hurricane Ridge in Port Angeles, out through Forks down to Aberdeen, and back up through Olympia, in 6.5 hours. A lot of 101 out there is very long and we were taking full advantage of that, doing rolling start drag races, 0-150. Stuff like that.

Man I suck as far as modding motorcycles. Well suck at not modding? Anyway I said that I was going to keep the stock exhaust on the bike BUT found a nice akrapovic full side mount exhaust forsale on FB for a little less than 1/2 of what it cost new. I like it because it’s not too loud and has the classic right side mount. I am going to sell 20 rounds of silver to buy it.

I need to replace my old no names with some new lights, thanks for the reminder! Amazon has way too many of the same "99000+" lumen junks kicking around, need to find a middle ground.

    Yesssssssssssssssssssssss!

Was impressed you were not going to swap out the ginormous, ugly bottomed, stocker but... way more impressed you are "saving" so much money by putting on a sweet, sweet Akra!:bowdown::thumbsup:

I sold 20 silver rounds today for the exhaust. I paid $25 each two years ago and got $42 each today. It’s $4 back of spot but I was ok with that. Still made some money.

What are you going to buy with all the money you saved on the exhaust?
