Oh, almost forgot about this, though:

Nicole and I were watching TV one night and I hard someone obviously hard on the gas out in the distance, followed by sirens. Then the engines and sirens kept getting louder. This dude had apparently stolen the Tacoma at a nearby gas station, and word was the guy was armed with a shotgun (sounds like no firearm in reality though). But with the "armed and dangerous" thing, these cops were NOT messing around. We ran upstairs and watched. The cops ran into the truck to pin it, cops were everywhere, standing on the hoods of the vehicles with guns drawn screaming at him, they busted out the window and drug him out onto the pavement. I honestly thought they were gonna shoot right through the windshield at one point. The guy really picked the wrong street to run on, he had to not know it was a dead end.

What I found really crazy was that within an hour the truck was gone, the glass was cleaned up, and all that remained was a single nitrile glove. The tow company/cleanup crew were on point.

And thank god he didn't run into my Tacoma. Hell, looks like my SxS was still loaded on the trailer, too.

The worst we ever had, there was a week or two that people were going and checking our car doors. All they stole from our car was about 27 cents in change. They even left the flashlight from Nicole's glove box that they had obviously used to go through the car (it was still on, but dying batteries the next day). My neighbors had the same. Just missing change. One neighbor even forgot his trunk, and he had about $2000 in Bow and arrow equipment. We even left our garage door open and went camping at moses lake for two weeks. Not a thing bothered at home...

And dang it man... now you've got me remembering all the crazy shit in town...

Took my crawler out for the first and only time at a local park... had never been to this park before. They busted BOTH windows out of our car, popped the trunk, and stole our bowling balls, lmao. Our custom F'n bowling balls...

    Liked for the RC Crawler.
I can't believe that Washington has gotten that bad.

Yeah, I have to admit that is the case everywhere. The "Choice City", where I live, has an ever increasing crime rate as well. I won't go downtown on the weekends anymore. Younger me used to have a great time bar hopping without a care in the world.

I wouldn't say everywhere, Tulsa is bad, but nothing like Washington. There is a reason I moved.

generalities always suck. There are things that are annoying here, but the same goes other places. I've known a ton of people that moved here from all over the country and love it and thinks it's immensely better and safer than where they came from. Then people from here that hate it, and move to those same places and say it's sooo much better there. It's crazy subjective, and like my neighborhood, I think it's great, but you walk 1/2 a mile and I would NOT want to be there at night.

Depends on the area. Where I live if you got caught creeping on someone's property, well you certainly wouldn't leave in the same condition you arrived, and no one would care.

I try not to accidentally ride on private property, sometimes if we are in doubt we just avoid it.

If I was in the US I wouldnt be worried about getting shot, but the chances are definitely higher. At the very least you'll get a warning lol.

We mostly have a rule out here saying you cant even ride across fields or grass.

Morning y'all, after I passed the gas station yesterday morning the beemer said bahhhh oops flipped to reserve and continued to work.
Stopped and gassed up 5 gallons :D. 39.76 mpg on the 41 year old bike, not too bad.
    Riding again today.

just a couple of things tbh
my gf who has lived in a desert for majority of her life would love it up there with the constant rain/drizzle she loves that kinda weather. i like camping or just chilling at the house in that weather tbh its just a vibe i guess idk? lol

    goberment stufffs
agreeed the midwest kinda sucks for that shit... if i wanna go somewhere cool to ride well thats 4 hours south to mark twain national forest... ya there is perry lake for dirtbikes and its neat but its just an offroad park.. i wanna hop on a trail and go explore for hours then get gas and go home but not really a thing here.

agreed my job is here and the gf is looking to get a job in the same facility im at so here soon we will both be tied here..

oh ya off topic but i ordered her ring and it should be here in 14 days so hopefully in time for our small trip we are doing so i then can do the whole big question up there. i should have ordered it last week i didnt know it would take this long!
one that pays as good as this one does and is overall easy and chill? idk about that lol
thats wild! idk if i wanna move there now lmao

to be fair im only 30-40mins from kcmo which is also a massive shithole!
