Well I went to start up the bike this evening after riding it around for about an hour last night to charge up the battery. The bike started up just fine. I am thinking the Battery Tender is not properly charging my AGM battery. I guess I will keep the battery and toss the battery charger (which i was planning to do anyways).

This Oximiser charger will tell me if the battery is discharging on its own too quickly and I can diagnose from there... but I'm thinking it's the Battery Tender at this point and I'll be fine going forward.

Went for a ride the other day prepping for the Trans American Trail. Has anyone done this? Here is an attempt to create a video with free go pro software that my computer had a stroke trying to run. Any tips on editing video to make a good fun and interesting documentary style video of our big trip?

That is crazy! I really trip out on the how fast shit changes in the states. Last summer my gf and I were in Southern Oregon and one minute it was 109°, then the next, hail was falling. Guam is always hot and it pretty much only drops mid 70s in February.

So, an update on these earplugs. Really nice, comfortable plugs that I think you could wear all day without a problem, EXCEPT when you take off your helmet. Took me forever to get my helmet off without ripping off my ears. The hardened part of the plug wants to roll with the helmet as it's coming off and digs in painfully. Maybe they'd be great with a half or 3/4 helmet, but not a full.

I'll throw them in my backpack for shooting/hunting from now on.

My sister went and bought a new 250F with the white and teal plastics. I've got the bug at the moment and kinda want a fuel injected 450...as much as I love riding a 2 smoker.

6days come with a lot of nice parts compared to the "stock" version
do it. 450s are awesome. i honestly dont think someone can get bored with a 450 unless they were trying to cruise only on the highway 100% of the time. they have a ton of power with flickable weight that makes them fun to ride on the street or trails
