This bike is $500 less than the bone stock one I was looking at. I was already considering short shots, so this is added value in my book. I'm not sold on the tank, but I have someone willing to sell me their metal flake blue tank for <$300.

 

It’ll fit, but you should know the TBR exhaust is twice the price of the V&H.

 

You can vinyl wrap the tank for a lot less and have some flexibility in color choice.

 

Yea. Im holding back on spending $850+ on an exhaust until i sell my other stuff to @MadDaddy

 

I was really trying to recreate my nightster with the new bike so the Roland sands bars and short shots were perfect for the aesthetic. In hindsight, the TBR exhaust would’ve been better for performance (slightly). I may switch over some day but I’m good for now.

The short shots are growing on me. Im just not 100% there yet

 

Put Short Shots on my wife’s 883 Iron, she loves them. Just be aware they are loud as hell.

 

Thats what i want. Ok you sold me! I had big radius 2-2 with no baffles and they were loud too

 

I like mine. One thing I found out is that they’re loud on cold starts. After a longer ride (30 miles or so) they mellow out at lower rpms and throttle response is a little smoother. So you have to goose it a little more to brraap when splitting lanes.

 

I have the Big Radius on my Road King. I’m sure my neighbors hate us. Lol

 

My neighbor literally ran down the road chasing me because my exhaust was loud.

Im not trying to piss him off, but i need loud exhaust. Im sure he hates me.

 

Loud motorcycle exhausts are probably one of the most annoying noises there is.
