My Grom had an intake, exhaust and was geared slightly lower. I would ping the rev limiter right at 63 mph if on a decline or if i was in a full-tuck with 0 wind. Any kind of wind and you had to be fully tucked to keep it at 55. If you can draft behind someone, then it’s MUCH easier.

i had a mtake, big gun exhaust, and 36 rear instead of 34. just not really useable speed if you have to be downhill or behind someone, lol

Metallic blue tank swap, digital/analog Speedo/tach. Having a gear indicator and fuel gauge is great!

    That looks awesome!

I’ve been wanting to switch my analog tach and speedo to digital and relocate it off the bar clamp.

Installed my tank lift but didn’t get around to a wire tuck just yet. I put on my sissy bar this morning as well so if course I had to take ‘er out for a quick ride.

It was pretty windy so I cut it a little short but still got a nice hour in.

It has been released from the dining room winter prison. Damn I forgot just how much fun this thing is.

Haha. He’s done all my custom work. I won’t even bother looking elsewhere. Turns out the generic Tacoma door flag is the perfect size for the battery cover. Any bigger and the stars wrap too far around and get hidden.

This spring is warming up about a month earlier than usual. A lot of the heavily traveled roads are snow/ice free weeks ahead of normal already. If my road (which is still slush on top of about 4” of ice) gets plowed I might even be able to ride a bit before the end of March.

Yesterday I installed a set of Yamaha/Progressive performance rear shocks, got a really good deal on them. Still need to adjust them and take it for a ride.

My morning commute was 37 miles one way in 37°, not including windchill at 55-65mph. Supposed to be 41 tomorrow morning. If I tuck down, I'm good, but my gloves do very little for my hands.
