I had keystones on my sporty. The knurling was never an issue for me, I just cranked down on the top clamp (Even, increasing torque on the 4 bolts or you risk cracking the clamp). You could always score the tube lightly with an angle grinder if you feel like they’d move on you.

 

I am excited to throw my leather suit on and hit up the local parking lots also looking forward to teaching my wife how to ride.
Figure if I ever need to get rid of it for some reason I will just ask over msrp seems to be what everybody else does.

I told my upholstery guy “I need the bougie cranked up to 11” and he didn’t disappoint...

 

I need to order my bars soon. And a solo bag.

I guess step one on the other bike would be to get the tank sealed and mounted..

I got the front end back together on Saturday night, and then spent as much time riding yesterday as I could stand. I had a blast! I can feel my skills improving and my confidence getting stronger.

Just think you will be riding soon while the grom sits in the garage due to this snow storm happening right now. And you won’t be freezing your balls off either.

If they don’t have the damn thing delivered by Friday, I’m getting a uhaul trailer and getting the damn thing myself on Saturday.

Nope and probably won’t until tomorrow. Both the Chicago dealer and the Top Rocker are closed today. Probably would have had one yesterday but Top Rocker is closed Sunday too. I’m hoping for a Friday delivery at this point. I should be able to work from home, and even if I can’t I’m off at 3 anyway.
