Sorry, bit late on this due to the increase in work stuffs.

I try to wave at most all two wheeled enthusiasts but sometimes, covering the clutch and watching traffic ahead of me is a wee more important.

Never know, could be concentrating on what’s in front of them, not to other cyclists.

So, got the bike in October, and out of that, pretty much 5 weeks of no riding and I’m sitting at 4200 miles on it! :happydance:

At a stop light today, another rider obviously knew I was just taking off, a good ole head nod was good enough. He was on a BMW something or other. :hattip:

1996 1200 Sport. I've swapped out about 4 different bar and riser combinations on this bike, all using stock length cables. The brake line and clutch reach, but there isn't as much slack as I'd like. It's not a huge deal, just unexpected. As for electronics, that's not going to be an issue.

I went from stock to Biltwell Frisco's, which are a 7" rise. On my current 48, Im getting TC Bros Speedline which are 7.5" rise. I dont expect any trouble. But when I had my Nightster, I put 14" apes, and those needed everything extended

I almost ordered a derby cover by Rusty Butcher with that slogan on it. Unfortunately I live in an area where people take politics to extremes and I didn’t want to walk out to my bike tipped over one day.

It’s funny. I walked around my 4Runner one day to find gum affixed to my license plate.

So, this is kind of funny. I went from Biltwell Zeds to TC Bros Bootleggers...

When I got the bike it had drag bars on 5" risers. I ditched the risers and ran with just the drags for a while. When I did that I pulled all of the extended cables and brake line off and installed OEM length. I ended up tossing the stuff that was on the bike when I bought it because everything was in such bad shape.

Bunch of savages. They need a "Tread harder, daddy" plate for the other end of the spectrum...

I do find it ironic that where I’m at is openly progressive and tolerant...but a bunch of nimby’s and intolerant of opposing views or logic.
