On my way home from work, enjoying the sunny 52 degree weather (18.5 on my ride in this morning..) sitting at a light waiting for it to turn so I could turn right. A guy pulls up behind me from a parking lot next to the road and slides like halfway up my bike on my side, he’s halfway in the left turn lane next to us. I keep looking back like wtf dude. Light turns green, I take the right turn real slow as there’s still gravel on that corner from the last snow. Lo and behold the guy in the shitbox smoking a blunt take that as a sign of aggression and guns it. He ends up pulling along side me a hundred feet ish later, I stop and just start yelling what the fuck just drive. He pulls forward more and blocks me in on the road, he’s basically sideways. Yelling at me more, flipping me off, I have no clue what the fuck is going on. He backs up a little and I gun it the fuuuuuuck outta there.

I hate people.

The rest of the ride was lovely though, for the record.

Yeah. I just need to work on my skills. I can ride single track fast but when it comes to slow speed stuff... need major practice.

Yeah, clutch, brake work, wheelies, balance.

 

Countless hours in a big empty parking lot.
That’s what I’ve been doing since October. I’m getting better!

 

Last thing I was training myself on was the wr450 was dropping the clutch to bring the front end straight up jamming on the rear brake so I can swing the bike around 180° I was getting pretty good at but still need lots of practice. I might ride dirt but being afraid of heights I don't do big ass hills. So that's my nope turn around
