For real! It’s cool to see how the difference in surface changes riding style and setup... I think I like flat track better watching them slide and drift around

    Quiet in here today...

What do you think - side mounted tag looks better than on the rear fender?

And if you look close you can see a little Elka rear shock bling showing. Come get it you're only a few hours away now!

So I rode with my mirrors flipped yesterday. It's going to take a lot of getting used to. They may be too low for my liking. I have to tilt my head down to see out of them and I can see that causing an issue while trying to make a quick decision

I ordered the brackets to flip mine since they were so cheap but not sure I'm going to like it either.

Heard that, I'm on the fence...it would look better with no plate at all but I'm not a rebel like @GHOST SHIP lol

The first time I saw a vertical text plate I thought it was fake, that's cool you can customize them like that

    Vertical text is rad!

Washington won't even let you run a horizontal plate..

(not that that has stopped me, my CB750 has a horizontal plate and I've never been hassled)

It looks bad ass, but functionality wise, I don't know. I need to ride more with them to get a better feel.

Haha. My plate is actually down by the primary but it’s “obscured” by my swing arm bag at certain angles. Similar to how you have yours but it sits just forward of the rear wheel.

Even better! I just saw in my trailer the progressive springs that I had for my 2006 SV650s that never got installed. Will match up perfectly

Yeah, on the stock bars for me flipped mirrors were absolutely useless. I know your bars are different, but still.

Having them flipped I can still see clearly, but my issue is I have to look down slightly and takes my focus off whats in front of me. I'm used to be able to see in front and behind at the same time while lane splitting or changing lanes. It may just be something I need to get used to. I'm not ready to give up just yet.

There you go already got parts for it! It has different fork springs in it too but no idea what rate or kind... the bike came with a box of stock parts that included springs.

Big shoutout to UPS for losing my 1000 $ two brothers racing package.

fucking fantastic display of job skills. Now I get to start a claim, and call the company that sent me it. But first it’s time for a beer.

    Edit:

seriously though, how fucking hard can it be to drop off something at the correct place.

packaged said delivered... nothing here... then their “proof of delivery “ is this...

Sometimes they’ll update the day prior to delivery. Start a claim regardless but keep an aye out for it to show up within the next day or two. Best case scenario, you get a second exhaust that you can then sell to me for half price. Worst case, your replacement shows up a couple days late.

Can’t start a claim online because the “package is still in transit”.
