I have had the Eclipse jacket for 3 years and love it. Go to jacket for me as long as it doesn't look like it is going to rain.

Not quite the same bikes but still think the jacket would work.

Ah. Yup I have it in the tan color. It’s good for hot days. It’s like completely perforated though so it will get a bit chilly on questionable days. I wore it a couple months back on a hot day with just a t shirt and I ended up shedding the jacket on my way back cuz I was still too hot. Overall good jacket though. Maybe a tad small in the torso for me but I’m 6’5

First, let me start by saying ....Fuck me sideways. Entire install. 6 hours.

This was challenging. Extremely frustrating. Yet very rewarding.

I’ve done a handful of mods myself before. MESO puddle pods, audio, my own taillights, and even did most of my mods on my FZ09 by myself.

This was on another level. Lol. Harley has different everything for everything on the bike. So always do your research and find out the exact tools for everything. This would of saved me..3 trips to autozone and 1 trip to my pops house. Me being me. I watched a YouTube video and said . I can do this in 7-8 minutes ( length of video ).

    wrong.

The original exhaust is a fucking ass of pain to remove. It’s so big and bulky. Can’t believe how heavy it really was. . I struggled with this for hours...once it was removed... I realized ..

The TBR exhaust scratches so easily. It’s such a shame when going with the black one. I 100% have to call them Monday and order some new paint. Putting the heat shields on.. was basically throwing a party for every scratch to come and hangout... so be careful.

Even removing the oil ... shield ? Still made it near impossible to reach the front of the exhaust / engine under the headlight.

Im a dumbass and left the old engine gaskets in and struggled for ever to realize that they were the reason why I couldn’t get the new ones in...

However.... FREEZING my new engine gaskets made it super simple to just slide them in. Once the old ones were removed.
(FYI TBR does not include new gaskets. Pick up OEM ones from your local HDD.)

I’m pleased with the sound of the TBR exhaust. It’s extremely aggressive. Not for the faint of heart.

Love the exhaust . 10/10 would recommend.
install is a mother fucker. Patience is key.

Shout to @uhplifted for giving me the words of encouragement when I was being a little bitch.

and thanks to my pops for lending a hand.

Not a big 2:1 fan but that actually looks good. Might go that route once I pay the bike off instead of buying @GHOST SHIP short shots

I met up with a friend today who has a nearly identical Ninja 250, and we cruised all around the city. I was on my bike for about five hours today and had a blast.

    Get out and scoot!

See, that’s the main thing. Just can’t be a little bitch.

looks great and I bet it sounds even better.

Side note read your coronavirus thread. Scary stuff! Glad it all worked out for your family and all are healthy now. Enjoy every moment you can with your kid and wife.

So funny seeing other people ride the grom. Doesn’t feel as small as it looks when riding it. Has a pretty roomy cockpit.
