He’s pretending to enter a punch code, but then follows the van in.... other videos are blurry as fuck. But you can see him leave with it on the other video. Second video is him turning directly where my bike is at.

edit: van is a weird dude who does magic tricks for kids birthdays

 

Looks like it's either someone who lives there, or is friends with someone who lives there, unless just anyone can get in to your garage by pushing a button?

 

So that’s the “gate code” where you press a code and it rings.... then someone has to answer and let you in. Usually for guests. Takes like 30 seconds. The van happens to be a neighbor. Who opens the gate with his clicker.

 

having shit stolen is miserable and gives me that empty gut wanting to kill someone feeling

should just park the bike there again without the seat, and strap a big dildo on the seat in hopes they come back and take the bike... idk maybe my humor is weird but leaving a thief a dildo as a message would be funny.

There was no van in the video, did you just cut that part off? I'm guessing your neighbor came up right behind him and opened the gate then? Is there a way to find out who the biker dialed?

 

What a douchebag, bold as fuck rolling in there and likely on the same bike the seat is for. You can afford to buy a $15k bike but need to steal a $500 seat from a fellow motorcyclist??

i still cant wrap my head around a 500 saddle that stays outside unlocked...

its bad enough, i worry about things walking away from my garage...

 

I kid you not when I installed it... I thought ... hmm... this looks easy as fuck to steal...


BUT I didn’t fucking think it’d happen to me in the garage where I was parked right next to the camera.... which happened to be fucking broken.

That one would of had his plate too...

 

I gotta decide if I’m gonna buy that locking bolt now for my seat. I garage keep my bike but it could easily get swooped while parked at any lot

 

The entire process took... 3.5 minutes.
Could happen to anyone. And what’s even fucking worst.. is that there are people around. Cars driving by during the time he stole it ..

spend the $20. Get the lock. Learn from me

 

Such a bummer. I’ve had stuff stolen before and it’s a horrible feeling.

It’s during events like these that I hope Karma truly exists.
