The 41 doesnt have enough gains unless going to a stroker imo. Its all upper rpm and ill lose mid.

Now heres an SSW built stroker drz. Even without the stroker 48hp isnt anything to scoff at (but that is racegas and 41mm).

Im expecting around 45. Debating about taking it up to a local builder and breaking it in on their dyno and getting numbers.

Lived in some apts and always chained it to my truck. Was the last day of riding season and it was going in storage the next day.
Was heading into work that night and it started raining so I unlocked it from the truck, drove the truck into work and when I got home in the morning it was gone.
The just picked it up and tossed it in a mini van probably.

Hate that. Was a feeling I wont forget in a long time.
Some good news happened out of it though. Insurance paid it off and I was instantly out of $10k debt and bought my
    first home.

And thats why i will always keep full coverage on any bike, unless it literally is costing me more than the bike itself

I always have comprehensive but rarely get collision.

But I took the bike out for it's first spin today :D. Couple more small issues. Replace the ignition cover gasket, replace a copper washer on the coolant drain plug, replace the speedometer sensor, adjust the carb idle and mixture screws for the engine and carb mods; maybe change a main jet and set the float a little lower.

Im paying about $130/ month for full coverage for the FZ.. but I also have 3 speeding tickets from the Speed Triple under my belt. As soon as its paid off, im dropping the insurance down a bit. I remember paying $350 a year for the speed triple. Id like to get back to close to that. My 74 Honda was $75 for the year (probably because it was a 350cc), and my Nightster was $200 for a year.

I pay $150/year for comprehensive + liability on the dirt machine.

Oh and I have 2k in medical payments in there too which is why it's so high but I figure that'll cover the ambulance or most of a broken bone.
