Looks OK to me and I am sure it's a very nice truck.

But I'm definitely not feeling all that bad about buying my 2015 now.

I don't think it looks that terrible, yet definitely not the complete redesign they were touting.

Hopefully under the hood has more of a change, but I doubt it.

I do like Tacoma across the bottom of the tailgate but that's about it.

Guys... it says limited on the side of the truck. For the amount of people looking, has no one seen this. Besides, it carries the same chrome mirrors and 18" wheels as the past limited offering.

I was more referring to the "complete redesign" they were suggesting. It's different, yes, but not as drastic as they were making it sound - which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Hopefully the interior has some upgrades, but what I really care about is whats under the hood.

Here's to hoping they will have TRD, PRO, BAJA and other versions at DT to see differences. Maybe the others will be more appealing. Truthfully there were so many people tht said they were "in the know" cause they were a salesman or made out to be someone important claiming we were going to be blown away that pisses me off abit. Anyone blown away so far? Man... Interior changes and driveline announcements and pics are going to have to be epic to get there...

Lets add it up. New rear end, tailgate, bumper and all, new bedside skin, new front fenders, new front end including lights, valance for improved fuel econy, new features, locking tailgate lock, bed light, moon roof... who knows what else.

If they have played with the inside and drive train, like the exterrior, then yes new truck.

They did the same thing on the Tundra. Just fenders, tailgate
and front, the middle is the same as 2nd gen unchanged. The back reminds me on the old sonoma… To me it's not a full redesign just a minor cost effective up date.

I hope Toyota won't do the same as they did with the Tundra, you remember the same engine, only just a cosmetic change. Or I hope Toyota won't do the same it did with the 2015 Camry, same as the 2014, just a new frame/redesign, but alas the same damn engine. The 2015...Carolla...etc. it seems like a pattern.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I knew it would look like a 4Runner, I like it. Definitely nice to see something new come along. I am wanting to know what's under that hood and inside though.
