Anyone bought from Mountain Hatch lately? Ordered a simple run-of-the-mill black one 10 days ago for my new Taco, and it’s been radio silence since. No shipping notice, nothing at all. Strange.

 

Subbed. I want one of these… pricey but ugh my knees.

 

There's plenty of other places that make them now. Some cheaper, some more expensive but with more options like storage.

 

I bought a second hand one for my 2018 a few years back, and decided then and there, they’re worth every penny. It was the first thing I ordered when I took delivery of the truck.

 

It’s been a little more than a week now since my post in this thread, and I had a notice from UPS telling me that a shipping label has been created by Mountain Hatch and addressed to me, but nothing further from Mountain Hatch themselves.

You’d think that waiting for now over 220 days for an eForm 4 would make this wait easier. It doesn’t.

 

Well, over a month after order date, my Mountain Hatch insert is scheduled for delivery today.

 

Just found this thread- they have shitty response. I broke a corner screw hole when installing mine because the hole pattern wasn't loose enough to fit all screws. I've been emailing them for months to find a suitable glue to fix it since I've tried everything in my garage. They finally responded with everything has 100% guarantee but I declined because it's a small issue. But I did ask for some stickers; they basically ghosted me. Makes me wonder what the actual return would have been like?

 

Sorry for your trouble. I called for different & longer screws & they sent me some pretty fast. I believe this was via text message & it was handle quickly. That was some time ago though
