One possible solution. Go to TNutz.com and buy 4 of these plus 16 of the 10 size t-nuts and recommended length button head screws

Mount to 2 of them to last bar of Prinsu with legs facing each other but far enough apart for whatever you want to mount to fit between. Mount other 2 further forward on front most bars so that these hold your item at the 4 corners.

Go to a hardware store and get some rubber or felt bump stops with self adhesive to stick to L bracket to stop rattles. Whatever you choose has to be thicker than heads on screws, If you want to spend a little more, buy a countersink bit to counter sink the holes on bottom leg and change screws to 3/8" long 1/4-20 countersink screws to get screwheads flush to the top of bracket.

Also might want to get four of these to mount outside of the L brackets or wherever you want for attaching bungee straps to hold your track in place or use the 4 eyebolts that came with Prinsu. Ratchet straps would be another option over bungees but be careful as a ratchet strap could bend the Prinsu bars if used incorrectly.
