    Hey everyone,

Bought a 30” Auxbeam Two Row Light Bar and just came in today, the width of the bar fits, however; the height will not fit the inside of the bumper space. I am not using a bullbar i am using the space in the bumper below the grille. I am able to fit it in somehow, i cut out the inside and sanded down the sides of the light bar a bit; my question is where do I install the mounts? There is no way to drill a hole as the bumper is aluminum, the top of the plastic is the only place we would be able to drill but I wouldnt wanna rely on plastic holding the entire light bar up.

If anyone has any suggested mounts or places for a mount to be drilled, please let me know below.

    Thanks!

    Joey.

Are you trying to put it in the space under the grill, that open area? If so, a two row LED bar doesn't fit in it, it will sit behind it up against the plastic..if that makes sense. You need a single slim row if you want to put in that space but you still have to trim the little plastic pieces to make it flush with the rest of the grill/bumper.

Caliraised sells a mount for the light bar as shown in the video Tacospike posted.

A few vendors sell mounts for that lower section. Caliraised and rago fabrication are two that come to mind.

I have the caliraised mounts, and you use existing bolts to install the mounts. No drilling. They sell a couple of kinds, one you cut out the black plastic grill pieces (might be called flush mount?) and one you put it behind (this is what I did... but I ordered the wrong ones at first).
