Just finished mounting the Xsporter on my 2018 DCSB. Looked easy on YouTube, but mine involved a lot of sweat and swearing:annoyed:! For anyone who has done this recently, did you use the rubber strips designed to protect the top rail? I did, but needed to crank the horizontal base piece down with a c-clamp in order to slide the mounting clamps onto the horizontal base piece. It may have been easier to mount without the rubber strips which would have given me another 1/8 in. clearance, but I wanted to protect the top rail. Interested in hearing what others have done. Thanks!
