Movement on front axle 4x4

    Got the steering wheel shake so crawled under the front and on the drivers side and at the diff I can grab the spacer and move it around. It will move in any direction a half an inch. It's moving in the housing but no oil is leaking out. This can't be right.

    Thoughts?
