    DUDE, you rock!! The first articulating point on mine at the windshield was a total bear to move but I finally got it adjusted where I've always wanted it!! I once saw in someone's build thread they modified a bracket from something else that moved it up. I've been looking for that shit for days but it totally wasn't even needed! Thank you!
