There is a real small community at 4111 N 21st St, Phoenix 85016

Why I mention this community is because it is very close knit, the property manager is a really good manager.

Washer/Dryer in units, covered/assigned parking, INCREDIBLY central - you could work anywhere in the valley from this address, right on the edge of Biltmore for niceness, but just outside of Biltmore for cost/rent. They allow pets, and have nice services. Dining in the area is 10/10, as well as other retail needs.

Goodyear! just got here late thursday night. closing date on the house we're buying got pushed back a few times so had to move into an apartment complex out here for 2 months while waiting on the seller and banks to get their shit together lol

 

Ouch that's far, but worth the drive towards the E valley to see some of the trails (and lovely members) we have on this side of town!

 

with the commute times i'm used to coming from CA i dont consider it far at all lol

out of the city is where my lady and i wanted to be so we're happy

 

Yeah Az traffic is nothing in comparison, although no one knows how to drive around here BEWARE!

We don't really consider that out of the city, but you're in a convenient location for sure. You will love it, Az is arguably (but who would) the greatest state! Welcome again, see you guys around

i'm already loving it. i see old glory all over the place, i've uninstalled the bullet buttons on my AR's and filled my gas tank for less than $50

life is great

 

I moved to Goodyear when I moved out to az from .ca. i like that area.

 

I got away with not installing that thing before moving here. I technically have a paperweight so I did not break the law.

Nor did I waste $ on 10-round mags.. muahahha..

 

This is so silly and foreign to me. Az born and raised, I love this state!

 

to each their own. while i did not agree with CA gun laws one bit, i did chose to follow them mostly

especially since i like to shoot. not too smart to be transporting illegal guns and mags around when driving to the range... that's not to say didn't keep a "gray area" rifle in the safe at all times

as soon as i can change my resident statues i will, that way i can purchase fun goodies that are too evil for Californians to poses

Technically as soon as you change your address and get a az license you are good to go. I would sell to you. Just make sure your physical address is on your license not a po box
