    im spending about 480$ currently/ month (internet, water, power, and rent) at the moment. What's the average down there?

    I dont know. Some of the houses I was looking at down there were renting around 800 a month for 3 bed 2 bath with garage. But I dont live down there so I dont know for sure. Thats a better question for someone else

    Yeah ive chatted with him a bit, he gave me some insights but thats about as far as his power reaches. It helped me improve my application and the rest is up the federal government at this point.

    Camped out in the Fountain Hills hotel. My Taco starts its trek on an 18 wheeler in the AM. WOOT!!!!!! There are sooooooooo many dirt roads out here...... I can't wait!

    Its the entire state that has dirt roads. Desert, mountains we got it all. Except the beach and beach weather. (i miss so cal beaches)
