    Looking to get some insight from someone in and/or around Phoenix that has their A&P license. I just found out today that the Marine Corps is separating me in March after 9 years of serviceas a Hornet mechanic, and I will have my A&P before I get out.

    I figured it was a long shot. It's an FAA mechanics license that has basically become a prerequisite to get a job in the civilian world as an aircraft mechanic.
