3 days to go. I for one am checking the forums regularly to see if anyone has some intel on these numbers. Do you think they will release them at the show? We're only 4-6 months from production. Surely they have the numbers by now?

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

You'll get your truck back from the dealer long before we learn about mileage numbers. They're going to keep tweaking and testing that motor right up until production start.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
If we are lucky.. They will. Then it will be good and they will leave it alone..

No way. They want that to be secret as long as possible. Nissan and Honda have not come out of the gates yet with their new trucks. If they released it now, the competition would do last-minute tweaks to one-up Toyota.
The MPG figures of the new Colorado/Canyon and F-150 were released weeks if not days before the trucks came to market.

I guarantee 100% that you won't get the MPG ratings until maybe a month or two before it hits dealerships.

I will predict that MPG will be on par or slightly beter than the Colorado. Maybe 18 city, 25 highway. 22 combined. Expectations are low. All manufacturers could make way better MPG in their mid-sized trucks but they won't do that as they would prefer you get a more profitable full-size.

I don't expect that info to be released in Chicago. However.... REALLY hope they have a TRD sport or variant there and not just the blue limited and baby poop off road again to see..

Not expecting specs until just before launch. Giving out that information just gives the competition a serious advantage as they would just do last-minute tweeks to leap from Toyota's specs. That's why no car company releases specs right after a new design is unveiled.

Is the 3G Tacoma officially going to be displayed at the Chicago auto show?

No new videos or pictures or information after day 1 of Chicago such dissapointment.

Only videos on net are same ones from Detroit and people pawning them off as Chicago videos for views which they clearly are not taken from Chicago show...

    Brutal.. :(

I can't beleive one month has gone by since the original release and we have no further information. If someone from Toyota is reading this, please share a little bit more information. I can assure you, any confidential information you share here will stay within this thread.
