    First death from COVID-19 here yesterday; 63 year old female with pre-existing medical condition weakening her resistance.

    Yeah, two motivations would work.

    1) consider everyone else is infected and they are all plotting against you.
    2) you are infected, and do not wish to give the plague to anyone else.

    If you consider your actions against those two litmus tests, you should do ok.

    Hand washing ... backs of my hands getting so chapped ... hafta put lotion on them ... then I want to wash them again. It's a vicious cycle...but the distraction is welcome.
