Well, after 5 yrs sitting doing "shed duty" storing a bunch of junk, the old enclosed trailer is back on her tires and heading for a useful future out at the cabin doing duty as mobile tool crib and workshop. During peak visitor weeks of Summer I'll use as overflow bunkhouse.

That's her in the background where she sat for those years storing stuff left behind by kids and grandkids...

And this afternoon ready to head for trailhead tomorrow...

:hattip: Good Morning Ken. Yes Sir, we always do. Current forecast looks a little cloudy and moist, but the numbers are such that Bob (Big Orange Blob) has a 50/50 chance of winning a few rounds.

    :fingerscrossed:
    Are you demo'ing yet? :bucket:

Knee is doing good since I've been wearing this knee sleeve or knee girdle as I like to call it.
Just have to be careful when out.
I ran on it the other day when I found myself standing in the middle of swarm of bees/wasp/hornets. Did take the time to properly ID them.

I dad a raccoon issue, so I went into house to get the .22 . Get back outside and there they were. I was more concerned about the dog. She stayed calm. Folks driving down the road were probably wondering wtf is this guy doing running around with a gun.

:annoyed::annoyed::angrygirl:...started on the pantry and Deb raised all kind of hell. I explained to her what all I,was going to do and she said no your not:confused:...her reasoning is she is not living with the kitchen torn apart until the middle of July. I told her I am just taking out the pantry, the 2 cabinets next to the pantry and the breakfast bar wall. She said "NOT YET" :annoyed::annoyed:. I think she has a magic wand to wave to get this done....

You're on your own Big Brother. I got enough problems explaining to Kristi why I'm not selling the old enclosed trailer. I'm not sure
"what's the difference, you won't have to look at it any more either way?"
was what she wanted to hear. Maybe she'll have forgot by the time she gets back? ...probably not.

Thanks my friend. At least your enclosed trailer will be "Out of sight, Out of mind" My issue will be here for the next month and a half :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::argue:. Now Deb is looking for kitchen lights and paint colors. She can plan ahead, but me...not so lucky:facepalm:.

Rob, have a great time up the Mountain and enjoy. Much respect to you

Hmmm... A slight disadvantage to porch life, fewer distractions. I bet she'll be wanting to know why you're not done with demo'ing next week. :cookiemonster:
Some things never change I reckon. Hang in there Brother.
    :fistbump:
 Good Morning friends from Monkey Mountain

Trail is progressing nicely, some spots are better, others are worse. This is my first year out here actually watching break up progress week to week. The bad spots turn to a muddy syrupy soup. I've never seen quicksand in real life, but this stuff has to be the closest thing to it. ATV size cut-outs off trail around the deep holes allow us to get in and out, and the tractor can still make it through, although it's sketchy even on it in the worst hole. Had to run tractor out to bring in grass seed and press for sowing pasture. I made a shuttle with ranger back to trailer and brought bed and trailer full of "grow dirt" obtained from the discards of a pot grow operation in town ... super nutrient stuff that cost nothing, saves them having to haul it off. Grows real nice veggies and flowers from what we hear...reckon we're gonna find out. I'll insert pic of ranger crew and trailer later.
Have a great day all. :)D0682CCE-D771-4DE1-836D-7C7BE740E991.jpg
