    Have I been here before?

    My brain is still worked up after reading plans and cost proposal yesterday. I did find a big screw up but didn't realize it till last night. How does an engineering firm design a complete sewer system with lagoons and forget to put in septic tanks to catch the solids? Nobody else caught it and it hit me last night after I got home.

    I have to reserve my opinion till this whole "process" is finished. I don't like this phase. Too many people involved with too much input. Someone adds something and we have to whittle it back. We gotta be on our toes or, if something goes un-noticed until the actual construction phase, there's change orders and delays and those will eat up a budget.

    Glass or plastic glazing? Survived really well if that was plastic.

    It is plastic, they just put it up at the end of last summer. The firefighters could not believe it survived.

    Nobody can explain it, they lost so much and the house across the road was completely wiped out.(Family of nine) My brothers cabin was spared but the outside of the windows were so smoked they had to scrape them with razor blades and glass cleaner to be able to see through them again. and then this green house is not even touched.
