Oh yeah ... been there ... more than 10 yrs ago now. We hadn't been to Simon & Seafort for about 5 yrs. The older I get, the more I dislike Anchorage.

i can imagine its a lot crazier now but i didn't mind going there. i found it pretty easy to navigate the town and find places. would drive up and pick up my ex when he flew in from the slope every once in a while, spend a couple days shopping and running errands that we couldnt do in Kenai
also used to go the land's end in homer and ray's in seward. if there was 'buts or prawns on the menu that was what i was getting!

The town never bothered me my active duty years ... 2009 and before, but any more I hate going there. Could just be the GOB factor. Kristi doesn't even ask if I wanna go any more when she goes shopping there. :notsure:

Good Morning Rob and Shack Fans.

So many good restaurants and not enough time (or money) to eat in them all :D. There are a lot of seafood restaurants around here but to get a good "but" dinner is virtually impossible. But on the other hand, mussels are plentiful :D.
Have wonderful day folks and :fingerscrossed: the plumbing issue isn't a major one Susan.

No, thankfully it doesn't seem to be a big issue, now that I've seen what it is...

    Good Morning Big Brother
Got the tent seam sealed yesterday, ran short of tape for the section I wanted reinforced, two stores later had more along with a strong reminder it's touron season.
Looks like weather is clear to cut grass either today or tomorrow ... debating ... neck sore this morning, probably crawling around and stretching to get to all the seams.
Spent so much time around traffic and people last two days, leaning strong towards packing an overnight bag and making a run out to cabin to visit my other "chosen family." Finish up :washing: from last week at Whiskey Gulch and see where my gut feel leads me. ;)

Have a great day and enjoy the weather reprieve.
    :fistbump:

    RESPECT :oldglory:
