    Another day of PT and then the eye doctor to get the cloud behind my cataract lens cleaned out. Both worked well. Back feeling better and left eyesight is great.
    How are you doing with the knee? Hope it is nothing serious.

    Cool and clear here. We were down in the teens over the weekend ... back up in the 20°s last two nights. Hope it holds up for the kids to trick or treat Tuesday before it gets ugly. Always feel like the kids get cheated a little on that one up here. :(

    EDIT: overnight temps, we're still seeing high 30°s daytime.

    When I tore my meniscus in my knee in 2021 I had days the pain was unbearable. The doc said it was an degenerative tare. Meaning age. I also screwed up my quadricep at the same time.
    I been lucky, I haven't needed surgery.
    Things have gotten better. Knee still bothers me from time to time.
    Doc said come back when my knee starts popping when I walk.
