Hi Rob, typical military...she didn't leave yet but is on standby at anytime and deployment could be anywhere from 6 months to a year . She will be okay. Thanks for asking.
    How was the mountain?
Have a good one and be safe.

Mountain was good. Got some stuff done and we made a huge pot of moose meat stew; more friends (4) coming in for weekend as I was going out Saturday, so enough to feed everyone and I still snagged some for Kristi and a couple work meals for me. And to top it off we did finally get a little much needed snow. :)
Take care you and yours Ken.

Good morning Rob and all :pccoffee:

Yesterday was looking at remote starters for the GX. Key FOB will do it but only if really close to it. As in have to get dressed and go out in the driveway and stand next to it, worthless and defeats the purpose at 20° below. Didn't want to replace the factory FOB due to proximity sensors, etc. so was looking at phone start options like the last 2 on my Taco. But third party remote annual subscriptions aren't cheap although they are coming down.

Then it hit me that it has a built in from the factory so called Lexus to see how much to activate Enform Remote Start. They threw in free roadside assistance until 2029 for $80 a year total, ~$6.50 a month. Activated and working now. Came way too close to spending a lot more than I needed to. Proof positive that even a blind squirrel gets a lucky acorn once in awhile. Took me long enough to remember that it has telemetric remote start built in and as I get older everything seems to take longer. But at least that part of winter has been prepared for.

Think it is time for a nap and then do some grilling. Now have a hankering for some stew. Moose population is coming back here but likely be awhile before we get an open season again. Need a wolf season first, that would help even more. Mn. has more wolves than all the Western States, combined. But are protected thanks to some fat asses sitting in DC. Erh never mind don't need to get worked up before nap time.

    Make it a good day!

Pissed off. The cabinets went in and my wife is meticulous and found a bunch of cracks overspray, and the dimensions are all wrong.

    how you been?

:annoyed:...Missus isnt happy, no one will be happy. I feel for you Greg. Been there many times before. Are you getting new cabinets that aren't cracked and the right dimensions? Good luck to you.

Been good, just different issues in life causing a long social media sabbatical. Much better now. Take care.
