    Nice build!

You really 'like' 4.10s huh? I just went 4.88s after my rear exploded and can say the truck certainly seems happier. I do wish my hwy rpms would be a bit lower but there is noticeably less strain on the rest of the driveline. And i'm only running 33x10.5x15 KM2s on steelies.

    Thanks!

I do like them! Perfect for what's around here! Are you an auto or manual? I think with 35's you'd be perfect for highway rpm's! Time to make the switch ;)

Went wheeling again today. Did Fisher East now that 90% of the truck swallowing holes are frozen. I didn't get to many action shots as I was way to busy plotting routes in the maze of trees. All in all it was a great day. First day out for the new puppy...he just chilled on the seat all day haha. Lazy bugger! Here are some photos!

The runt and also where we stopped for lunch and decided to head back. It took us 3 hours to get to this spot, which is the first of 2 lakes. I think tomorrow we'll be heading back to complete the entire trail

The snow got quiet deep in some spots. If you got off the trail and into the longer grass, it was probably half way up the tire. We need more snow!!!

Stay tuned for more pictures to follow of tomorrow's adventure.

Unfortunately I don't sorry. It was more of I need this done right now screw pictures kinda thing...kind of hard to drive around town and bumpy roads with tires that don't fit in fender wells haha.

It really was simple though. Just remove your fender liner, and tape the sharpie to the toilet paper tube that'll give you and even mark all the way around. I tried one side by making vertical cuts into the metal, then tried bending the "tabs" back in on themselves...but after a few the paint started chipping off drastically so I stopped and cut the fenders following the arch. After that, and later on down the road, I taped off a nice 1/4" wide bead and sprayed the raw edge of th fender with rocker guard. First cleaned up the cut edge obviously with a flap disk. Turned out great.

Yea, I could see why your rpm's are really high on the highway then. Especially if you kick it out of OD haha. I probably would have went with 4:56's rather than 4:88's for 33's. It'll definitely drop the rpm's to near perfect (factory) if you go with 35's though.

    DO IT!!!:D

Lets just call my decision to go to 4.88s instead of 4.56s "future proofing." :spy:

Yea man! It was a blast, with ZERO icy hills that caused 100mph roll backs haha. I'm not sure about running Fisher East next weekend though with all this warm weather. I ran the entire trail again today, then decided to turn around and do it in reverse and by time we started heading back, the massive "tank trap" holes were starting to show signs of breaking up. Getting caught on that trail with a mixture of massive ice chunks and the depth of some of those holes would mean major trouble. As you already know lol

Im up for wheelin whenever though!!!

And as promised, more pictures. Went wheeling yet again today, only this time it was for the whole day haha. The morning started off early, 6:30am we hit the road. Quick stop for coffee and gas, had us airing down at exactly 7:45. My room mate and I both wanted to go back and complete Fisher East start to finish, so that's what we set out to do. All in all it was a great day. Couldn't have asked for any nicer weather. Some trail damage had occurred. Jeff cracked his left rear fender flare a good 6" straight up from the bottom, then later blew a bead. Myself....an insane amount of pin striping. 2 new LOONNGGG dents in the rear passenger panel near the tail light from 2 trees. And my drivers front fender near the rocker panel got a little mangled from a very large log that decided to make a new home in my fender well. Nothing a BFH can't fix though. As for the dents in the box, I'm not to worried about them, as I will be bobbing the box anyways. I massage them out when the time comes. It's one fun trail, lots of tree's to go around. Lots of massive holes to dodge and lots of cross threading trails to get from one side to another. In some cases it was a matter of parking the truck and walking for 5-10 minutes to pick out the best route. We completed the trail by noon, then decided we had so much fun, we'd turn around and head back the way we came. :D

    I'm pooped!!!

On to the pictures! I took lots, but sorted out the best ones. Enjoy:)

Clear morning, nice sunrise! Can't complain!

Just to give you an idea of how tight shit was today...

This spot had a nasty hole on the left of the picture. This was option A. Option B was risk having ice chunks the size of a dinner table rip the underside of the truck to pieces. I already had this happen about 25 minutes earlier

Haha thanks dude! The plugs are actually the fender flare clips. I took them to the bench grinder and ground them smooth, then poked them all through a sheet of cardboard and spay painted them Rad Red to match the truck. Really have to be careful you don't break them pulling them out of the truck though. I broke a few, so I had to make my own out of a upholstery plug for a GM
