I think the 16+ Tacoma has a 3.6 in it.

Not much is new! Bobbed the box another 3" and cut 3 more inches out of the frame. Shackles stick past the tailgate now. New wheels maybe?

One off questions, how did that trim hold up on your fenders? I recall a post way back where you put some trim over the cut marks. Worth it?

That trim fell off on the first wheeling trip haha. I've since then just masked off a 1/4" line all the way around and sprayed it with box liner to keep it from rusting

Another fender question here. I was tempted to cut the fenders all the way up like @thegame did but I realized that to go high enough to get rid of the holes, I'd need to cut into the gas tank door too which I really don't wanna do. You just painted clips to fill the holes right? Are you still happy with that? I know I want glass up front to clean it up but that won't be fore a while.

 sounds good. I have a couple other clips in the garage I want to try first, hoping to sell my flares and include the clips to whoever buys them.

Hey man quick question, did you rub the frame at all with the 3 spokes? My Yota wheels are supposed to have 4.5" bs and I am running them with the 1.25" spider trax and I rub the frame something mean.

I don't have the 3 spoke anymore, but yes I did a bit when I had them.

Yeah I am resorting to needing 2" spacers instead of 1.25" to run stock wheels or I'm rubbing frame at full lock something nasty. Thanks man, sorry for all the damn questions haha.

The wider you go with wheel spacers the more stress you put on wheel bearings and lower ball joints. Don't be surprised that you have to change your front wheel bearings in half a year or so

Yeah I figured that would be the case. I don't want to go with that big of a spacer but it's the cheapest route for now. Just replaced LBJ's last year and will probably replace the front wheel bearings when I do spindle gussets anyway. End goal is SCS F-5's with 3.5" BS and 1.25" spacer. And that will technically have more BS than my stock wheels and a 2" spacer.
