Dude that thing looks bad ass. How much did it cost to get it painted? I am thinking about painting mine flat black

I asked him the same question last night when I was at his place. He said it cost $150 A great deal!

 

yah, 150 for the bumper and winch plate. it only took about 5 or 6 days for them to get it done to.

what type of bumper are you painting?

 

I am getting a custom one made, but shhhhhh should be done next weekend. I have a couple buddies that paint so I am hoping I can get one of them to hook me up.

UPDATE:
sliders are in the works now.

i picked up some 1.75" DOM

i have the main tubes cut, 4 mounting brackets made, and 4 supports from the main tube to the outer tube most cut.

the bending will be tricky tho

i'll get one at some point, i just have some other essentials on the list first

 

so i've made some solid process on the sliders.

i have both base tubes cut and the passenger side has all the legs and frame plates welded on. the drivers side has the legs cut, and two frame plates made. so i just need to cut and bend 2 more.

I've figured out the design i want to go with and all i can say is that it's ganna be boss

i can't wait to have pictures of them all finished. but it probly won't be for at lest another week.

 

I need to stop by and check them out.

finished the sliders! they look bad ass, they turned out way better then i thought they would

updates!!

i moved those PIAA 540's from behind the grille to the wheel well and use them as fogs now.


also picked up some cheapo fogs from autozone and wired them into the stock fog light harness. they point back under front to work as rock lights


also just got some bajadesign 8" soltek lights
they look pretty sick, i can't wait till tonight to see how they perform


and i mounted a shovel to my bed basket using some quick fists


I moved the exhaust so that it doesn't go under the transfer case anymore, now i can build a flat bottom skid

i didn't have a good spot to show the range, but man, those things just keep going!

i really like the lighting setup i have now. I basically have the ground lit up from the drivers door to infinity and beyond.
