Thanks! I'm stationed in good old Ohio right now but, one good part about that is I'll get to see how well it does in the winter. Can't wait.

Well I've found what the Tacoma will be traded in for next year. How useable is the space behind the seats, also does yours have the 3rd row seating?

Trail Editions do not have the option of coming with 3rd row seats. This is the only fault I have found with this truck so far. This is what the space looks like when the seats are folded flat.

I really like the 3rd row seating option but it is something I can live without since I believe the te is the only e locked model

It seems like I'm a minority in that I didn't want a 3rd row seat.

The sliding is nifty and everything, but for me a 3rd row would be ideal. I actually met up with a LTD owner that wanted the sliding tray. We tried the swap but the mounts for the LTD 2nd row seats do not match the TE's mounts. Same goes for the third row seating. It cannot be done without a lot of fabrication.

Sold it two weeks ago. I just don't have the money to build up to rigs. The Tacoma is much more practical for me.

I really did like that truck. A real beast of a 4wd vehicle right out off the lot. There may be another one in my future but that is years down the line. That is also if they put a small diesel in it and make the trail edition available in white.
