That's one hell of a build. Looks awesome and hope you can get your issue fixed without to much hassle from the dealer.

Sorry I suck at replying to my own build thread.... All armor on my past 4Runner was made by @RelentlessFab :)

I recently ran the Barrett Lake trail with some friends, on that trail my Method Vex wheels took a beating. The driver front wheel had the inner lip start cracking off. Surprisingly this wheel took less of a beating than some of the others, yet was the only one with damage like this. Conveniently enough I ended up with a new set of Fuel Shok wheels in matte bronze, so I replaced all my wheels and sold off the Methods the next day. I am still getting used to the new look with the bronze, but hopefully they will hold up better than my fake beadlocks. :D

Love this truck. In the rear suspension section you state “relentless fabrication frame reinforcement”. What was reinforced, what product was used.

iirc they don't list the rack as they don't want to have to ship it due to cost.

Just saw you added triple bypass upfront on the TC +2 setup, looks like a GFC camper in the works too. I’m curious how much cutting, smashing, bending was required to run the LT kit on 35 and not do any fiberglass work. Can you get get full compression with no rub? did Relentless Fab do the install/fab work to make it all work?

Yes I did just recently get the bypasses added on. I don't have a lot of in my fender shots to really show you what has been done (yes there is cutting, yes there is beating and hammering). I still do rub the very top of my fender from the additional travel, it's just something you have to be more conscious of if you don't want to destroy your fenders. I have never liked any of the fiberglass options out so that is why I kept the stock fenders. I have been looking for an alternative, and did find something I actually like. I will be posting that up when I get it all finished.

In the mean time here are some shots of the new set up with custom diamond shock hoops, powder coated red to match the Barcelona and the diamond hoops match the set up I have in the rear as well. I love how it all turned out. These little touches like the powder coating really make the build that much more special to me.
