It would just be for max lighting when out in desolate areas. I barely use the fogs as is. Only in real fog, not like most bros around here.

    It is a homebrew from @Victory .

    Or the Parking Lights.

Metal bed rail tops (steel) and rear metal covers for backseat storage (aluminum). Also, want to make my own bed rack. Really got hooked on everything metal after buying the BAMF skids, hangers, etc.

Where are you putting the DD Pro floods? I added the DD Pro fogs (yellow) to the OEM fog spot recently and so far have used them in fog, crazy heavy rain, and a snowstorm. They are amazing lights.

I got the SSC2s and want to put them at the ends of the lower grille. It looks like I would just need a proper length spacer for mounting, but I haven't yet pulled to grille to verify.

So I just did this mod with the flexible line and banjo. I can't seem to mount the banjo bolt at a angle that will allow for the heat shield. if I leave off the heat shield will I die?

I know a guy who left his heat shield off back in December of 2019... Look what happened to the world since

Only way I could get this stupid thing on here. The loop seems like a bad idea but the bend at the banjo made it weird.

I want to say thank you to all those that have done this and shared their difficulties and successes.
I used the premade line and coupling that are available at most auto parts stores.
I read through all of the posts here and followed the tips about being very carful when threading the line attachments, and allowing a drip bleed once the top attachment was made to fill the new line.
One thing that worked for me was partially threading the slave cylinder nut in, but not tight, then attaching the coupler and letting the fluid drip and leak at the slave for a while before tightening it. This made it easy to get the lower fitting lined up and treaded to get a solid seal. I probably dripped about half the reservoir through before tightening it. When I then did the 'pump and release' bleed at the slave cylinder, I got maybe two or three air bubbles and then it was good... Could not have asked for it to go any better.
If you haven't done this mod yet, I highly recommend it. The clutch does feel more like it should and it reduces the clunk you get sometimes when shifting quickly.
If throttle plate movement equaled pedal movement, this truck would be a joy to drive. I really miss being able to consistently blip a throttle.

I hear you on the throttle comment brother, I'm still chasing that consistent blip.

What has surprised me after doing this is that my rev match 5 -> 4 downshift clunk hasn't completely disappeared. It's less noticeable, but often still there. I think because I still cant get the rev blip quite right... However my 4 -> 3 -> 2 heel-toe ( I know it's not a race car, but I like being in gear during turns, also find it useful going downhill in the dirt ) downshifts got way smoother.. Before the delete, I always got a jerky clunk when doing this.. The first time after the delete all I got was goosebumps.. Really happy about that. On a side note, the ridiculously numb brake pedal feel of the TRD off road makes low speed heel toe quite easy... Also, if the drive line clunk has been an issue for you, I had great results with using the locktite hi-moly anti seize for slip joint lube. The slip joint had very little grease and a huge amount of slop that made for a lot of clunk. Another bit of work that was definitely worth the effort.

Sounds like OV Tune is the next mod. It can help to give a better throttle response

The muscle memory of the accumulator was a real shitter. Those clunks will go away eventually for the most part.

I need to do the slip joint.
