Did anyone else have to adjust their clutch free play after doing the ADM? I have probably 1" at the top of the clutch stroke now which is just a dead zone. Clutch still disengages fully at bottom of stroke. Maybe I need to bleed it more. I've been driving it around for a week like this, and I need to find some way to remedy it, it's driving me crazy.

Sorry if this has already been covered.

The engagement zone and stroke felt more or less identical before and after. Just the feel of the clutch and its response changed for me.

I would be on a bit of air in there.

So this morning was 35 degrees, not cold but colder than it has been and my clutch stuck to the floor and would not return until i pulled it up. It remained spongy all day.

I've been procrastinating doing this mod. Now I'm wandering, does this fix this issue as well or should i take it to the dealer before doing the mod since I'm under warranty.

I've never had a clutch do this in the cold, ever. Yet now I'm reading that it's "normal"

What the hell happens when it actually gets cold, like 0 degrees cold?

I never had this issue before the ADM, but i read that ADM helped some owners that had what you are describing.

We had some serious cold weather well below zero for days/weeks last year, mine did it several times before and after the ADM. It just needs warmed up a bit and it works fine. Good thing the exhaust runs right by the lines...

Welp, I bled and bled and bled and it didn't go away. I figured it must be the pedal free play that somehow changed. Got in there to adjust it, and promptly found that when I had the clutch TSB done at the dealer, they never tightened the locknut on my new master cylinder. Talk about dangerous.

From factory at 35 F I can't see happening as normal. Pre ADM I would get stiff, but not retrieval required response at sub zero...like -10F otherwise no problem. This will be my first winter ADM but I don't suspect it will alter previous behaviour in that regard...

I’ve had mine stuck to the floor pre ADM. it was pretty bad last winter with the brutal temps we had here. We’ll see how it does this winter.
