There is no point in getting the TSB done on your truck. The TSB is from 2019. You already have the TSB parts. Whether they throw new parts or grease at it, the result will be the same....the noise will go away for a while and come back.

Unless you really don't mind the inconvenience of going to the dealer, I'd suggest buying some disc brake grease and fix the problem yourself. The stuff the dealer uses is not very tacky and will eventually allow the noise to come back, whether that's with new parts or your existing parts.

TSB was released that now includes the 20-23, are you able to look it up and share it? Thanks.

I see the 2020-2023 TSB on the NHTSA website from August 16, 2023. It's just a revision from the TSB in 2019 - they're calling it "Rev1."

The only change to it vs the 2019 TSB was a new master cylinder. Went from 31420-60032 to 31420-60033.

I had the TSB work done on my truck and the creaking is gone. It's been over a month so I think it should be okay going forward. Had to bring it back to adjust the switch, it was near impossible to push it far enough in to start the truck up so we had to use the override. The only issue is they put it on my extended warranty as it isn't a recall. The work was around $1,200.00

I'm currently at a dealership for an inspection and they are debating the difference between a clunk as I've described it which is normal and a squeak or creak which is covered by the TSB...

about 4" down from the top of the stroke my clutch makes this sound. Even after showing them this TSB they say this doesn't apply.

    TSB completed, noise is gone.

$1,009.38, but thankfully covered by warranty.
