Nice clean website. Good work. You should consider updating your #1 post with the website info for the inevitable 1000's of others who will be jumping on board. Don't spend all your money in one place!

@TMCmakes - Came across an issue attempting to mount a 29 x 3.0 with 15 x 110 hub and a 29 x 2.6 with 15 x 100 front wheel (pictured below) onto the Wheel Deal. The issue appears to be related to the tire making contact with the bed and topper thus creating a gap when attempting to tighten down the thru axle. Note: I am not able to mount the wheel with the rotor inbound due to topper mount interference. Suggestions?

if you're making contact with the topper before the threads are fully seated then we need to make you a spacer i think.

where on the bed is it making contact?

I did manage to mount the 29 x 2.6 wheel with the 15 x 100 hub. But this wheel only fit because of the extra 10mm on the thru axle (using 15 x 110mm TA). i believe a 15x100 thru axle would not allow the wheel to mount. On to the 29 x 3.0 with 15 x 110 hub this wheel will not mount at all (less than one thread contact) due to the contact at the bed on the lower panel directly below the mount. Note: the tire does not touch the wheel well and the tire just kisses to the topper window and window frame.

@calzonical the extra photos and follow up really helped, thank you! I didn't have access to this sort of mid-fat setup in testing, and honestly forgot they existed!

I'm for sure going to make sure we have a working solution for you here as quick as i can. i think we have some options:

    1) 120mm axle. this would let you use the axle for the mid-fat 110 setup and the shorter axle for the 100mm axle.
    2) new, wider chain link. would consume more space in the bed (technically) but would accommodate both wheels i think.
    3) t nut spacer, to push the existing chain link out.

have any opinion on this? i'm leaning towards 1 as it's the easiest/smallest change, but absolutely value your input here

I am leaning toward number 2 (or a hybrid of 2 and 3 where the t-nuts extend into pockets on back of chain link) since I also have a Fat bike with a 15 x 150mm hub and 27.5 x 4.5 tire. Have you experimented with Fat tires yet?

the function of the T-nut requires that there be tension to the chain link and t-nut to the utility rail surfaces, pulling together to attach to the rail. extending the T nut itself wouldn't make that work. the spacer(s) would need to be separate pieces that are wide enough to make contact with the rail from the outside, not just the T nut.

if you think you'd be removing/installing the spacers as needed, then spacers may be the way to go. if you want to assemble this thing and leave it alone forever, then a 10mm thicker chain link may be the best solution.

@R4D4G4ST did testing with fat bike setups, hopefully he can comment on exact wheel size. i know they were 15x150 hubs for sure.

@TMCmakes - a 10mm spacer should be good. Also just test fitted the fat bike wheel and should also fit well with the spacer.

Yep! I did testing with 26x5, 150mm fat bikes. It works perfectly.

what shape/size would you prefer that spacer to be? i can make it:

rectangular so you see the whole spacer behind the chainlink
rectangular so you don't see any of it from the side but it would leave a gap at the top/bottom as viewed down the bed rail, effectively the size of the t nut for height and width.
a chainlink shape that is slightly bigger than the main chainlink for a stacked look
a chainlink shape that is slightly smaller than the main chainlink for a offset look
    something else not specified here
