What you say makes sense... but I think I forgot to mention why I was considering LT in the first place. To get bigger tires to clear the frame I'm gonna need a wheel spacer. But that's lame. So I thought a better way to move that wheel off the frame would be LT.

Currently I'm running uniball UCA's and OME coilovers which I'm reasonably happy with. Legit LCA's and Kings would be a big improvement (especially with a heimed UCA), but I find it harder to swallow spending all that money on stock width stuff just to add a spacer anyway.

i currently have spacers. 10/10 have zero complaints nor give a shit if its not #EAF or TW approved.

installed & torqued properly, checked often and never backed off nor caused hub issues yet.

Yeah I don't have an issue with spacers from a mechanical standpoint... I just thought if I was going to make the truck wider, why not get more travel too.

There is a line there, and if you don't have LCAs yet, and can get an LT with out a spacer, it's only another 1500$ over the MT route. And going +2 LT vs 1.25" spacers and MT? Hard to say, especially if you have the cash.

Same. I paid for lifetime alignments at a local shop basically for the price of two alignments, but the headache still having to get it done after almost every trip sucks. I'll be solid mounting my lowers when I install my LT kit

It's worth it. I used to get an alignment every month. Now, no fucking worries. Unless my ride height changes it's all good.

Get a set of the Moog greasable bolts, and use those for the lower, so you can grease the LCA and the bolt side.

I made a set of tabs to go in my TC can-do gussets, I'm debating welding those in, or leaving them as inserts.

Breakage, cooked tranny, cab mount relocate, tubbing, inner fender trimming/removal. But would be cool as hell. I was seriously debating 37s and +2 LT. Logic won out. For now.

    IDGAF about logic.

But also I was aware of the need for all the trimming and cab mount relocate, and I have a plan to compete with breakage. I think I can get a 9" IFS front diff from a 5.7L tundra in there. Don't hold your breathe though. Still 3 payments left before that $$ can start being set aside for more hardcore mods that may involve a winter on jackstands. A guy can dream.
