Definately out of alignment. I had it in the 2 different shops and both came up with the same results. Adjusted to the max and was no where near being close to the green. Put the UCAs on and no problem getting it dialed in.

Well I got about a 1,000 miles on since the UCAs were installed and really have no complaints. The allignment is holding great. Did some pretty rough 4-wheeling and had the allignment checked after and nothing out of wack. I have developed a slight vibration above 60mph but I'm thinking it might be the tires. I'll live with it as I only have about 2k miles on them. Now I just need to search for my next mod:D. Maybe a SAS.

Well I finally broke down and bought some 305/70 Mud Dawgs. They fit well with a bit of remodeling the inner fender :D. Also added some 1 1/2" wheel spacers. I like the look and wish I would have done it sooner. I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Finally did the "Grey Wire" mod today. Not sure why I waited so long.

Also, started putting on a Daystar 1" Body lift. Had to do it for the mudders to have a lil more room so I don't smash up my fenders. :D I should have the lift on tomorrow (as long as the rain isn't to bad) and will post some pics.

Truck looks great. Trying to order bushwackers and they keep saying they don't make it for the dc. Obviously they do since you have them on your rig, did you just order the ones for the extended cab?

Thanks. Your correct, order the set for an extended cab. They fit perfect. Not sure why they don't list them to fit the DC.

On my double cab I have the trail gear rear bumper. Do you remember if the rear flares go past where the stock flares are located?. I guess another way to put it is the diameter of the new flare larger than the old fender flare? The trail gear rear bumper comes pretty close to the back of the stock rear fender flare. Thanks for your help!

If I remember correctly they are real close to the stock position. You can take a look at post #28 which shows what you will have to cut and the finished product.

I have to ask why do you want as low as 4:88s when your running 265s?

It was okay when I was running 265s but I'm running 305s now and pulling a trailer with the rhino is killing me on low end and fuel mileage.
