Doing a little research on which mud flap/guard to get. I've seen a few different brands and I want to know what you guys are using, roughly what you paid, and would you buy them again.
    Thanks for the help!

I have the plascolor all around, but I'll be taking the rear ones off as they didn't make it thru tropical storm Cindy's winds and\or my high speed driving did a number on them and they're looking all twisted. The front are still holding their shape so far, but they are thin.
The new game plan is that I'll be getting some commercial 24"X30" flaps which are heftier, thicker, heavier but still flex out of the way and should fair better. I might even put a metal plate or bar across the bottom and add graphics or letters like the ones on post #5, sometime down the line.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

I originally installed the Plasticolor - but removed them since both front and rear flaps started twisting. So this past weekend - installed the WeatherTech no drill mud flaps. Will give them a shot and see how it goes. I don't off road so I'm not worried about snapping them off.

Did you have to drill or could you use existing screws? Thanks.

I just used the bolts that were already there. Three in the back and two in the front. I keep trying to decide whether or not to add a third to the front but it seems to be holding up well.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I just don't want to drill. I'm also trying to figure out what size is the shorter size everyone is referring to. I guess maybe it is the 9x15.

Mine had the factory mud guards when I bought it but they were rubbing on my bigger tires so I went with the Rokblokz. They installed without drilling and are holding up very well.

I really like the factory ones but I wish they were not so rigid.

I just had the dealer put on a set of the OEM ones. But yes they are a bit rigid as the above poster mentioned. I'm hoping they hold up well.

Any of you guys that went with the RokBlokz lose an MPGs?

And how much flex do they have? I'm afraid of snapping them off if I got stuck.

I bought Plastcolors and I'm not so happy with them. Way too much flex on them.

I don't really pay attention to mpg. That's not something 4wd trucks are great at. You buy a Prius for that. The rokblokz are just right. They'll flex enough to not snap off but don't flap around like a wet noodle. I like them.
