Mud flap repair

    2007 Tacoma DC TRD 4x4 impulse red
    usa spec iphone adapter pa15, 1.5 coil lift, warn transformer, warn 8000 winch, UWS black short bed tool box, Grey weather tech mats, mounted streamlight stinger xt, rbc 4x4 light Alignment cam .15 .16 cast 2.24 2.5
    What would be the best glue,exapoxy , or jb weld typ material to apply for the dreaded cracks and rips on the front mudflaps. Mine are still connected but definitely cracked in the pressure areas.
    Surely someone has tried something before buying another one for 80 bucks

    Not removing them, I can't se where zip ties would be relevant in this case for me, so basically what's the strongest crap for this flexible plastic?
