If anyone happens to have a good close-up picture of the Husky's on a Gen II, particularly the rears, can you please post it? I have Googled and looked for good images, but I haven't seen any good pictures... even on Google!

Edit: If you have an image looking directly at the back end of the truck from 15 or so feet away, it would be perfect. All the images I find are way too close, or at goofy angles.

I saw a thread somewhere before about trimming your existing flaps. I did this and it turned out great. I cut a straight line 2.5 inches from the bottom of my front flaps with a pair of tin snips to make them the same length as the rear ones. I then used the pieces that I cut off to trace the radius on the flaps and cut them. Then used a file on any uneven spots then sanded for a smooth finish. They look stock and saved having to spend 25 bucks/ flap for new ones. Took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Are these flaps just plastic/hard rubber that can be cut on a bandsaw? There's no metal sandwiched in there to stiffen it?

Bandsaw? You can cut them with tin snips or hardcore scissors. Nothin but plastic.

My truck is a 2012 with OEM flaps. I've heard that there can be some wear on the panel from the flaps. Is that noticeable if you switch to husky flaps or do they cover it? Hopefully someone has experience and knows what at I'm talking about.

Yup I removed stock mud flaps on a white Tacoma and there are wear marks . I don't care really but it is probably easy to touch up with color match paint of some sort.

I can only speak to the front, but the husky covered up most of the wear.

Idk I think you are better off removing them or getting bigger tires. I think small mud flaps are like getting bushwacker fender flared but not getting wider tires. Just looks goofy. Just my opinion.
